Since I live in US I am not sure which is the best website for these flights. However I use http://www. SideStep. Com and it will search many other sites to find the best fare. Including Expedia, Orbitz, et. al. , Travel Agencies, the airlines, ticket consolidators, and so on.
Use this information to compare with other places. This is how you will find the best price.

Go to www. kayak. com, they will search all available sources to help you get the cheapest rate. It’s a great site!

You can check on expedia or travelocity. .
Or if you break the trip into 2 you might be able to get a cheap fare. Oasis Airlines just started cheap flights from Gatwick to Hong Kong. If you buy a ticket with them and arrange a cheap ticket from Hong Kong to Kuala Lumpur it might turn out cheaper

Try www. cheapescapade. com. I usually buy my tickets here if I don’t have time to see a travel agent. I compared this site with other sites like expedia and found that it is sometimes cheaper. But it depends on where you are going.
