No one site has the cheapest rates all the time. I use the three websites listed above and have always been able to find a good deal.
(Jet blue does not fly to sweden)

There are so many airfare sites out there! It seems to me some of them list low prices but have a ton of fees. I found a website that did some research on which site conistently offers the lowest. The website is a little cheaply done, but the info is good: www. rightflight. org

First you will need to get to a mayor airport to get a better deal. Spokano, Portaland, Seattle, etc.
