You should check out a flight search aggregator like Kayak or Dohop. com. I work for Dohop myself, so I’ll simply refer you to the accompanying link which says we’re pretty good at finding cheap international flights.
Please do check out both Kayak and Skyscanner as well, both good sites, just to make sure you actually do find the lowest price.

Where are you leaving from? Try Cathay Pacific from North America to Philippines. From Europe, try Singapore Airlines. Both are on the Web.
